Adobe Illustrator Specialist (Product Labels)

You will take our approved label artwork and rebuild it into tight, properly constructed Illustrator templates. From those master templates you will produce variants across different label sizes and across our SKU range, keeping everything consistent and ready for print.
The second half of the job is documentation. We need a clear template and spec manual written alongside the files so our internal team can edit existing labels and build new ones from the templates without breaking anything. This should cover layer structure, fonts, color setup, bleed and safe zones, dielines, text rules, swatch and spot color usage, linked versus embedded assets, naming conventions and anything else needed to keep the system clean.
You need to be strong in

Adobe Illustrator at an expert level, not just comfortable in it
Label and packaging artwork built correctly for print, including bleed, dielines, CMYK and spot colors, overprint and trapping basics
Building proper master templates with clean layer structure and styles rather than one off files
Variable or systematic approaches to producing many SKUs and sizes efficiently
Writing clear, practical documentation that a non expert can actually follow
