Finance & Operations Director (Remote) – Leadership Track

We are an international premium fashion, retail, and wholesale group (Asia, EU and US) looking for a highly driven Finance & Operations Director to help build structure, improve processes, and support the growth of our business.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes ownership, solves problems, and treats the business as if it were their own.

What You Will Do

* Manage and improve accounting workflows using Xero
* Monitor cash flow, payments, budgets, and financial reporting
* Coordinate with accountants, logistics partners, suppliers, and internal teams
* Build dashboards, KPI reports, and operational controls
* Improve inventory, purchasing, shipping, and operational processes
* Create SOPs and scalable systems
* Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions
* Work directly with ownership on strategic and operational priorities

Requirements

* Strong experience with Xero (mandatory)
* Excellent Excel / Google Sheets skills
* Experience in finance, operations, inventory, logistics, or supply chain
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Highly organized and detail-oriented
* Able to work independently and make decisions
* Experience with international businesses is a major advantage

ClickUp & Accountability

* Daily work is managed through ClickUp
* All tasks, updates, deadlines, and reporting must be maintained inside ClickUp
* Strong follow-up and organizational discipline are essential
* Experience with ClickUp is preferred
