We are also growing a keynote speaking platform focused on branding, differentiation, and the art of storytelling in business.

We’re looking for someone highly organized, proactive, creative, and detail-oriented to help support the operational and marketing side of our growing ecosystem.

This role is ideal for someone who loves systems AND aesthetics. Someone who can help bring order to creative ideas while helping content and campaigns move forward consistently.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Marketing & Content Support
Scheduling and managing social media content
Assisting with Canva graphics and content formatting
Repurposing content across platforms
Helping manage content calendars
Uploading blogs and formatting email newsletters
Supporting campaign launches and promotions
Lead & Client Management
Organizing and tracking leads
CRM updates and organization
Assisting with advertiser and client onboarding
Managing follow-ups and administrative communication
Helping keep projects and deadlines organized
Systems & Operations
Creating SOPs and documenting workflows
Organizing Google Drive and digital assets
Supporting project management tasks
Assisting with automation setup and organization
Helping streamline recurring tasks and processes
Speaking Platform Support
Researching podcast and speaking opportunities
Assisting with outreach tracking
Organizing media kits and speaking assets
Helping manage visibility and growth initiatives


Skills We’re Looking For: (Required)
Strong written English
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Canva experience
Social media management experience
Familiarity with Google Workspace
Ability to work independently and proactively
Strong communication skills
Reliable internet connection

Bonus Skills:

Email
marketing experience (Flodesk, Mailchimp, iContact, etc.)
Wix or blog formatting experience
CRM experience (Monday, Hubspot, etc.)
Project management tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp, etc.)
Travel or wellness industry familiarity
Copywriting or light content writing skills

Hours & Compensation:
Remote position
