TikTok Shop Specialist (Beauty E-Commerce)

TikTok Shop is launching in the Netherlands soon, and we are looking for an experienced TikTok Shop Specialist to help us build and execute a winning launch strategy.

Your Responsibilities
- Develop and execute our TikTok Shop strategy
- Set up and optimize TikTok Shop operations
- Recruit and manage TikTok affiliates and creators
- Launch and scale affiliate campaigns
- Identify viral trends, and opportunities
- Work closely with our marketing and creator team
- Track performance and continuously improve results

Requirements
- Proven experience managing TikTok Shop for beauty or e-commerce brands
- Experience working with established beauty brands
- Strong understanding of TikTok affiliates, creator outreach, and live shopping
- Experience scaling revenue through TikTok Shop
- Excellent English communication skills
- Proactive, data-driven, and highly organized
