Job Title: Outbound Dialing Assistant

Pay: $400/Month

Schedule:

Monday-Friday
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Central Time (US)
12:00 PM - 1:00 PM Lunch Break

About the Job:

I am looking for a reliable full-time Outbound Dialing Assistant.

This is a simple position. You are NOT selling anything and you are NOT required to have sales experience.

Your responsibilities:

Make approximately 20 outbound calls per hour
If someone answers the call, immediately end the call (hang up) and record the phone number and information in a Google Sheet
If no one answers, play a prerecorded voicemail
Keep records updated throughout the day
Follow instructions exactly

Requirements:

VPN (Required)
Reliable high-speed internet
USB headset with microphone
Quiet workspace
Google Sheets experience
Ability to work during Central Time (US) business hours
Reliable and dependable attendance

Accountability:

Hourly screenshot required throughout the workday
Failure to send hourly screenshots will result in immediate termination
Daily report showing:
Total dials completed
Total answered calls
Total voicemails left
Must be available and actively working during scheduled hours

Compensation:

$400 per month
Long-term position available for the right candidate
Performance-based pay increases may be available in the future
