Ace & Taylor is a fast-growing European beauty brand selling premium hair tools.

We are looking for a Direct Response Video Editor who can turn raw creator footage into high-converting ads for TikTok, Instagram, and Meta.

Your Responsibilities
- Edit UGC and creator videos into direct response ads
- Improve hooks, pacing, retention, and conversions
- Create multiple variations of winning creatives
- Add captions, text overlays, and product demonstrations
- Deliver content quickly and consistently

Requirements
- Experience editing direct response ads for e-commerce brands
- Experience in beauty, hair tools, skincare, or cosmetics
- Strong skills in CapCut and/or Premiere Pro
- Understanding of TikTok and Meta ad creatives
- Fast communication and reliable delivery
