Dedicated Social Media Specialist - 2 days a week (16 hours)

Schedule: 2 days per week, 8 hours per day

I am looking for an experienced and competent social media specialist to help grow my luxury perfume brand.
The goal is to increase brand awareness, followers, engagement, and most importantly convert attention into sales.

TikTok marketing expert
Instagram growth specialist
YouTube channel growth experience
YouTube Shorts creation
Instagram Reels creation
Short-form video editing
Creating viral-style videos
Writing strong captions and hooks
Understanding social media algorithms
Luxury / beauty / fashion branding experience preferred
Storytelling through video
Content planning and scheduling
Repurposing existing photos and videos into new content
Basic graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
Tracking analytics and improving performance
Responsibilities:

Create and schedule TikTok videos
Create Instagram Reels and posts
Grow and organize my YouTube channel
Turn my existing videos/photos into professional content
Suggest new video ideas
Help create a consistent luxury brand image
I need someone who is experienced, creative, self-motivated, and can show previous successful social media growth examples.
