Who We Are:
We are a growing behavioral health agency and private practice based in Georgia, focused on trauma-informed counseling, assessments, trainings, and healing intensives. We are expanding our digital marketing and need a highly skilled freelancer to help build and optimize our marketing systems.

What We Need:
We are looking for an expert who can support:

GoHighLevel CRM, optimization, and troubleshooting, ongoing setup
Funnel creation (landing pages, lead magnets, booking funnels, sales funnels)


Facebook / Instagram ad campaign creation and optimization
Google Ads setup and management
Pixel, conversion tracking, and attribution setup


Email and SMS automation workflows
Retargeting campaigns
Reporting dashboards and performance recommendations

Additional Marketing Responsibilities May Include:

Social media content planning and scheduling
Managing and maintaining a monthly content calendar
Creating and posting consistent content across Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
Assisting with short-form video and content strategy (Reels, Stories, educational content, promotional content, etc.)
Supporting brand awareness and audience engagement initiatives
Coordinating marketing campaigns for workshops, trainings, counseling services, and healing intensives
Collaborating with leadership on messaging, branding, and campaign strategy
Monitoring social media engagement and analytics to recommend improvements
Assisting with organic marketing strategies in addition to paid advertising campaigns

Ideal Candidate Should Be Comfortable With:

Both organic social media marketing and paid advertising
Creating content that is professional, engaging, and aligned with a trauma-informed brand
Working independently while also collaborating with leadership on strategy and execution

Ideal Candidate Has Experience With:

GoHighLevel
Meta Ads Manager
Google Ads
Landing page conversion optimization
Healthcare, coaching, education, or service-based businesses preferred
Meta posts

Nice to Have:

HIPAA-aware marketing experience
Experience with local lead generation
Experience building webinar, workshop, or training funnels
