JOB OVERVIEW

Texas Artificial Turf & Design is seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Lead Manager / Appointment Setter to serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers. This role plays a critical part in our sales process by ensuring every lead is contacted quickly, properly qualified, and successfully scheduled for an appointment with our sales team.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who enjoys speaking with people, following up consistently, and helping convert inquiries into opportunities. Success in this role requires persistence, organization, professionalism, and a strong sense of urgency.


Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Follow-Up
• Contact incoming leads generated through phone calls, website inquiries, online forms, advertisements, referrals, and other marketing channels.
• Respond to new leads promptly to maximize appointment conversion rates.
• Consistently nurture leads through phone calls, text messages, emails, and other approved communication methods until contact is established.
• Maintain accurate notes and records of all customer interactions.

Appointment Setting
• Pre-qualify prospective customers using company-provided qualification criteria and scripts.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team while ensuring all required information is collected.
• Confirm appointments and communicate relevant details to both customers and sales representatives.
• Manage occasional appointment rescheduling requests and coordinate calendar adjustments.

Customer Service & Phone Support
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist with general customer inquiries.
• Provide professional, courteous, and knowledgeable information regarding company services.
• Route calls to appropriate team members when necessary.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience during every interaction.

CRM & Administrative Tasks
• Maintain accurate customer information within company systems.
• Update lead statuses, notes, and appointment outcomes.
• Assist with reporting and tracking lead response metrics.
• Support sales and management teams with administrative tasks related to lead management.


Qualifications

Required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills and professional phone etiquette.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up persistently.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations and appointments simultaneously.
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Fluent English speaker.

Preferred
• Experience in appointment setting, lead management, inside sales, customer service, call center, or receptionist roles.
• Experience using CRM systems.
