About Concierge Drop
Concierge Drop is a premium on-demand home services company operating inside NYC luxury residential buildings. Residents book dry cleaning, home cleaning, dog walking, uniform cleaning, and more directly from our website — picked up and delivered from the building lobby. No app required.

We're in 200+ buildings across Manhattan and growing fast, with a 2026 goal of 150 new buildings. As we scale, our operations need an owner — someone who keeps vendors, systems, and processes running cleanly behind the scenes so the rest of the team can focus on growth.

The Role
You are the operational backbone of the business. You run the machinery that makes service delivery possible: vendor onboarding, compliance, the systems that run our orders, and the documented procedures that keep everything consistent as we grow.

This is a behind-the-scenes role for someone who loves order, hates loose ends, and gets satisfaction from turning chaos into a clean, repeatable system. You'll work closely with the Account Coordinator and report into leadership.

What You Own:

- Vendor Onboarding
Bring new vendors into the system cleanly and completely. Collect required documentation, set them up in our platforms, confirm service areas and capabilities, and make sure every vendor is ready to take orders before they go live.
- Compliance
Keep vendor and operational records current and in good standing. Track documentation, flag anything expiring or missing, and make sure we stay compliant across the portfolio. Nothing lapses on your watch.
- Systems & Technical Operations
Own the day-to-day inside CleanCloud and Launch 27 — configuration, order routing, troubleshooting, and keeping data clean. You're the person who knows how these systems actually work and can fix things when they break.
- Account Coordination Support
Work hand-in-hand with the Account Coordinator. When a building needs a vendor assigned, a service set up, or an operational issue resolved, you make it happen on the backend.
- Standard Operating Procedures & The Runbook
Build and maintain our internal runbook so that how we do things lives in documentation, not in someone's head. Standardize procedures, reduce knowledge silos, and make sure any process you run can be picked up by someone else if needed.

Who You Are
- Philippines preferred, but open to candidates who can overlap 4+ hours with EST
- Excellent written and spoken English — you communicate clearly with vendors and teammates
- Highly systems-oriented — you pick up new software fast and enjoy getting it configured right
- Detail-obsessed — documentation, compliance, and data accuracy come naturally to you
- Process-minded — you instinctively turn one-off tasks into repeatable procedures
- Proactive — you flag problems before they escalate, not after
- Experience in operations, vendor management, or a coordination-heavy role
- Comfortable with operational software, Google Sheets, and Slack — experience with CleanCloud or Launch 27 a strong plus
- Thinks like a business owner, not an employee

Compensation & Growth

- Rate: $5 per hour (adjustable based on operations/systems experience)
- Part-time to start, with a clear path to full-time based on performance
- Full training program provided when you start
- We build long-term with our remote team — our CS Manager is Philippines-based and has been with us since the beginning
