Life Insurance Appointment Setter

We are a growing U.S.-based insurance agency looking for a confident, reliable, and motivated Outbound Caller / Live Transfer Specialist to join our team.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people, following a simple process, and being rewarded for strong performance. You will be calling warm or aged leads, qualifying prospects, taking basic notes, and live-transferring interested people to a licensed insurance agent.

Requirements

Strong spoken English
Confident and friendly phone voice
Previous cold calling, appointment setting, or call center experience preferred
Reliable internet connection
Quiet work environment
Comfortable working U.S. hours
Able to follow a script and take coaching
Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Compensation

Base hourly pay plus bonus opportunity for performance.
