TikTok Social Media Manager

Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and responsible TikTok Social Media Manager to handle and grow our TikTok account. You will be in charge of creating content ideas, posting videos, and helping increase views, followers, and engagement.

Job Responsibilities:
Create and plan TikTok content (videos, captions, and ideas)
Post videos regularly and follow a content schedule
Research trending sounds, hashtags, and topics
Help grow followers, views, and engagement
Reply to comments and engage with the audience
Track basic performance (views, likes, shares, watch time)
Work with simple video editing tools (like CapCut or similar)
Requirements:
Experience using TikTok (personal or business account is fine)
Basic knowledge of trends and viral content
Can edit simple videos for TikTok
Creative and consistent in posting content
Willing to learn and improve
