Link High Technologies is looking for a driven, ownership-minded RMM & MSP Solutions Engineer to take full responsibility for our NinjaRMM platform and broader MSP tool stack. This is not a ticket-taker role — we want someone who will proactively optimize, automate, and elevate how we use our solutions, partnering closely with the Technical Services team to ensure our tools work at their fullest potential.
You will be the primary owner of NinjaRMM and IMMYbot, driving adoption, scripting automation, and continuous improvement across our managed client base. Where your skillset adds value, you will also roll up your sleeves to assist the Technical Services team with client onboarding, escalations, and projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Own, administer, and continuously optimize NinjaRMM — policies, monitoring, alerting, patch management, and device management
• Administer and expand IMMYbot usage for automated software deployment, onboarding, and remediation workflows
• Design, build, and maintain scripts (PowerShell, Bash, Python) to automate repetitive tasks and reduce manual effort across the MSP stack
• Identify and implement automation opportunities — from patch approvals to onboarding checklists to alert-driven remediation
• Collaborate with the Technical Services team to standardize runbooks and integrate tools across the stack (RMM, PSA, documentation, security)
• Support client onboarding — configuring RMM agents, deploying software via IMMYbot, and ensuring new environments meet our standards from day one
• Assist with escalated technical issues where RMM, scripting, or automation expertise can accelerate resolution
• Contribute to internal and client-facing projects (infrastructure upgrades, migrations, security rollouts) where your skillset adds value — scope based on demonstrated capabilities
• Monitor the health of managed environments and proactively address issues before they escalate to clients
• Maintain documentation for all configurations, scripts, and automation workflows
• Stay current on NinjaRMM and IMMYbot feature releases and recommend adoption of new capabilities
• Participate in tool evaluation and onboarding when new solutions are added to the MSP stack
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 2+ years of hands-on MSP experience in a technical role
• Demonstrable experience with NinjaRMM — administration, policy configuration, scripting, and monitoring
• Experience with IMMYbot or a comparable automated software deployment/management platform
• Strong scripting proficiency — PowerShell is essential; Python or Bash is a plus
• Solid understanding of Windows environments (Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows Server, Microsoft 365)
• Advanced Microsoft Intune administration — device enrollment, compliance policies, Conditional Access, configuration profiles, Win32 app deployment, Windows Autopilot, Update Rings, and Defender for Business integration
• Experience building and maintaining automation workflows in an MSP context
• Excellent troubleshooting and root-cause resolution skills
• Strong written English communication skills for documentation and async collaboration
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take ownership without close supervision
NICE TO HAVE
• Experience with ConnectWise Manage or similar PSA platforms
• Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Defender for Business, or other security tools in the MSP stack
• Experience with IT documentation platforms (IT Glue, Hudu, etc.)
• Relevant certifications: CompTIA (A+, Network+, Security+), Microsoft, or NinjaRMM certifications
• Experience with Datto, Acronis, or other backup/DR solutions common in MSP environments
• Prior experience supporting onboarding, escalations, or projects in a team-based MSP environment
