Experienced Phone Closer — Sell Websites to US Local Businesses (Warm, Easy Offer)

We help local US businesses (plumbers, electricians, roofers, landscapers, and more) get a professional website. Our offer is easy to sell: we build the website first, and the client only pays if they love it. No risk for them — which makes your job a lot easier than normal cold calling.
You’ll call business owners in the US, show them a website we’ve already prepared for them, and close the sale. We give you a proven script, the leads, and full training — but we’re looking for a real closer, not a robot. You should be comfortable going off-script when needed: reading the customer, handling objections in your own words, and doing whatever it takes (the right way) to close the sale. The script is your safety net, not a cage.
You bring sales experience, clear English, and the instincts of someone who knows how to turn a conversation into a “yes.”
What you’ll do
• Call US local business owners from a provided lead list
• Use our proven script to spark interest and book a short Zoom demo
• Run the Zoom demo, show the website, and close the sale
• Keep our pipeline board updated after every call
What we’re looking for
• Proven phone sales / closing experience — you’ve sold over the phone before and have the numbers or stories to show it
• At least one previous employer reference we can contact, and an ID-verified profile
• Clear, easy-to-understand spoken English (light accent is fine)
• A natural closer: confident, quick on your feet, great at handling objections and improvising off-script
• Reliable and self-disciplined (you’ll work independently)
• Phone/headset and stable internet
• Able and committed to a long-term night shift (US hours)
Schedule
• Full-time, 40 hours/week
• US business hours, e.g. 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (which is roughly 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM Philippine time).
• This is a permanent NIGHT SHIFT in the Philippines. Please only apply if you are fully able and committed to working nights long-term. In your application you must confirm, in your own words, that you understand and commit to this schedule.
Pay
• Base salary: $500/month
• Plus commission: $30 for every sale
• Commission rises to $40 per sale in any week you reach 10+ sales
• Plus residual: $2/month for every client you brought in who is on our active maintenance plan — your income grows every month as more of your clients stay subscribed
• Top performers can earn a team-lead role with extra bonuses
