Who We Are:
Affluent Agency is a fast-growing performance marketing agency helping DTC eCommerce brands scale with powerful creative and data-driven strategy. We specialise in Meta & Google ads, email marketing, and most importantly – scroll-stopping content that drives measurable results.
We’re a creative-led team who believe in making work that works. Our clients rely on us to produce content that sells. With a newly built 2,200 sq ft content studio and a passionate team of marketers, editors, and strategists — we’re scaling rapidly and looking for top-tier talent to grow with us.

About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Performance Video Editor to join our fast-growing in-house creative team.
You’ll be responsible for taking raw footage and briefs and turning them into high-converting short-form ads for paid social - mainly Meta, TikTok, and Instagram. This includes editing UGC, testimonials, founder stories, and product demos, and collaborating with Creative Strategists to bring ideas to life that drive revenue.
This isn’t a generic editing role. We’re not just looking for someone who can make videos look good — we want someone who understands what makes creatives convert. If you love direct-response advertising, eCommerce, and the psychology behind what gets someone to stop scrolling and buy — this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:
Video Editing for Ads: Edit performance-driven video creatives (UGC, testimonials, hooks, founder stories, etc.) for social media and paid advertising.
Content Variation & Iteration: Quickly create multiple ad variations for A/B testing and ongoing optimization.
Creative Collaboration: Work closely with Creative Strategists, copywriters, and Growth Strategists to ensure alignment across visuals, messaging, and audience targeting.
Brand Consistency: Maintain visual consistency while adapting creative to different brands, tones, and campaign goals.
Asset Management: Organize and manage creative assets, templates, and edit files for efficient production workflows.
Creative Input: Participate in ideation sessions and contribute ideas to improve ad performance through visual storytelling and editing techniques.
