We’re a fast-growing content agency that helps coaches, entrepreneurs, and business owners create world-class short-form content that generates leads and builds authority online. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and creative video editor to join our team and grow with us long-term.

Responsibilities
Edit short-form content (30–90 seconds) for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.


Add captions, transitions, B-roll, and other engaging elements to keep videos high-retention.


Match our existing style and brand identity (training and examples provided).


Deliver projects on deadline with consistent quality.


Communicate with our team clearly and reliably.



Requirements
Strong portfolio of short-form edits (please include links).


Proficiency with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar.


Understanding of social media trends, pacing, and retention strategies.


Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.


Reliable internet connection and fast turnaround times.



Pay Structure
Starting Rate: $15–$20 per video (based on skill level and consistency).


Performance Raises: If you deliver consistently high-quality work for 3–6 months, pay will increase to $25 per video.


Long-Term Growth: After 12+ months of working with us, proven loyalty, and high performance, pay can increase to $30 per video.
