We’re Hiring: US QuickBooks Online Bookkeeper

We are looking for an additional tea ---------- mber to join us as a US QuickBooks Online Bookkeeper.

This role is focused mainly on bookkeeping. Experience with US tax is a plus, but not required. If you have tax exposure, have handled US tax-related work before, or are familiar with tax advisory services, that is very helpful. However, strong bookkeeping skills are the priority.

We are looking for a US QuickBooks Online Bookkeeper who can help maintain, update, and clean up client books in QuickBooks Online.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update QuickBooks Online records
• Clean up books, including commingled personal and business transactions
• Properly categorize income and expenses
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Record transactions correctly from Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, and other payment platforms
• Record and manage W-2 payroll inside QuickBooks
• Prepare and manage 1099s
• Record and reconcile sales tax
• Assist with NJ quarterly sales tax filing, if experienced
• Assist with annual report filing, if experienced

Qualifications:
• QuickBooks Online Certified
• Proven experience with US bookkeeping
• Strong understanding of US LLC bookkeeping
• Experience with bookkeeping clean-up work
• Experience with QuickBooks Online is required
• Experience with Xero is a plus
• Experience with US taxes or tax advisory services is a plus
• Knowledge of NJ quarterly sales tax filing is a plus
• Knowledge of annual report filing is a plus
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Reliable internet connection
• Good communication skills
