We are looking for a highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented professional to join our team work directly with the me the CEO in supporting administrative and operational processes across three franchise locations.
In this role, you will manage QuickBooks records, invoicing, POS reporting, operational scorecards, and daily business data to help leadership maintain visibility into store performance and improve efficiency. Experience in QuickBooks, reporting, spreadsheet management, and administrative coordination is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the CEO with daily administrative and operational tasks
Manage administrative processes across three franchise locations
Maintain and update daily business scorecards and operational reports
Track and organize POS data from multiple retail stores
Handle invoicing and QuickBooks data management
Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records
Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and operational summaries
Ensure leadership has daily visibility into store performance
Coordinate with store managers and vendors as needed
Identify discrepancies or missing information in reports and resolve issues proactively
Required Skills and Experience:
Strong proficiency in QuickBooks
Advanced Google Sheets and spreadsheet management skills
Experience with invoicing, reconciliations, and financial record-keeping
Ability to manage POS data from multiple retail locations
Experience creating and maintaining operational scorecards and reports
Strong administrative coordination and organizational skills
Comfort working with business metrics and reporting dashboards
Strong communication skills in English and Spanish
High attention to detail and strong time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Professional demeanor with confidentiality and discretion
