Video Editor/ Social Media Manager

Hello, My name is Dan! I have a Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook social media page, but I need help editing and posting on every social media platform more preferably short form content such as IG reels and tiktok videos.

I am looking for an assistant to help edit videos and post them accordingly on time and well.
This position will require maybe 5-20 or more hours per week. I would like 10-15 pieces of content per day.
If you worked in social media, editing videos you understand making videos for these platforms require for the video to be entertaining rather than just a simple video. As well you can use A.I. and much more tools.
My goal is to be able to create content ----------

I would like to be able to step back from editing and posting videos and go full time on just creating content. A problem I am running into is I rush all videos because I am too tight on time trying to edit and post all day. I want to be able to step back, record and create quality videos then send them to you (My editor/ social media manager) and you take care of editing it, making it look good and posting on correct timings on all platforms.
