Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
Plan, execute, and continuously optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across social media,
Develop and implement marketing strategies focused on sales growth, funnel optimization, and customer acquisition
Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure marketing efforts directly support sales targets and business goals
Website & Conversion Optimization
Manage and optimize the company website, including content updates, landing pages, SEO, performance, and conversion rate optimization
Build and optimize high-converting landing pages and funnels aligned with campaigns and sales initiatives
Monitor website analytics and user behavior to improve engagement and conversion performance
Graphics, Design & Brand Presence
Create or oversee the production of high-quality graphic designs for:
Social media posts and ads
Website visuals and landing pages
Branding and marketing materials
Ensure all creative assets maintain strong visual consistency, branding, and performance-driven design
AI Tools & Marketing Automation
Leverage AI tools for content creation, design support, campaign optimization, analytics, and reporting
Build and manage marketing automation workflows for
Use data and AI insights to optimize campaigns, reduce manual work, and improve ROI
Social Media Management & Growth
Manage and grow the company’s and CEO’s social media presence across relevant platforms
Actively create, schedule, and publish content to ensure consistent posting
Drive reach, engagement, audience growth, and brand authority through content strategy, analytics, and optimization
Monitor trends and platform best practices to continuously improve performance
Performance Tracking & Optimization
Track campaign performance using analytics tools and dashboards
Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and scale what works
Apply best practices in digital marketing, growth, and conversion optimization to improve results over time
Leadership & Team Management
Build, manage, and lead the marketing department, including designers, marketers, and support roles
Set clear goals, KPIs, and workflows to ensure team efficiency and accountability
Oversee project timelines and campaign execution across the team
Training & Best Practices
Train and mentor tea
Create internal documentation, processes, and playbooks to support scalability and consistency
Stay updated on industry trends and ensure the team follows modern, performance-driven marketing standards
Requirements
Experience
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing with proven senior-level or managerial experience
Proven experience managing websites
Experience handling social media accounts for businesses or executives
Experience leading or managing a marketing team is a strong advantage
Minimum Technical Requirements
Processor (CPU): Intel Core i5 (10th generation or newer) or AMD Ryzen 5 (3000 series or newer)
Memory (RAM): 16 GB recommended
Storage: 256 GB SSD (minimum)
Operating System: Windows 11 (Home or Pro) or macOS
Display (Dual Setup Required): Dual-monitor setup (two screens) to support productivity; a laptop with an external monitor is acceptable
Webcam & Audio: 720p HD webcam and external microphone or noise-cancelling headset
Internet Connection: Reliable high-speed internet connection suitable for video conferencing
Backup Requirements: Backup devices for computer, internet, and power (e.g., secondary device, hotspot, and power backup) must be available to ensure continuity during outages
Skills
Strong knowledge of digital marketing best practices
Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar tools)
Strong background in AI marketing tools (ChatGPT, automation tools, analytics, etc.)
Solid understanding of sales funnels and lead generation
Good communication and time-management skills
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT, or a related field preferred
Relevant certifications are a plus but not required
