REAL ESTATE LEAD GENERATION VA (DATA + OUTREACH)

We are looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help find and contact property owners in Massachusetts who may be interested in selling their homes.

Responsibilities:

Search online for potential motivated sellers (probate, pre-foreclosure, FSBO, etc.)
Collect and organize lead information (name, address, phone, email)
Enter accurate data into a shared spreadsheet
Send text messages and emails using provided scripts
Ask simple questions to determine seller interest
Report qualified leads daily

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail (accuracy is very important)
Good written and spoken English
Comfortable with online research and spreadsheets
Ability to follow instructions and scripts
Reliable internet connection

Compensation:

Hourly pay based on experience
Bonuses for qualified leads
$500 bonus per closed deal
