About Us

We are a growing coaching, wellbeing, and corporate consultancy business seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant with strong GoHighLevel (GHL) skills to support our CEO and help keep business operations running smoothly.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, detail-oriented VA who enjoys a mix of administration, marketing support, CRM management, and process improvement.

What You'll Be Doing

* Build and manage event landing pages, booking forms, payment links, and confirmation pages in GoHighLevel
* Schedule and test automated email reminders and event communications
* Manage newsletters and email marketing campaigns
* Maintain CRM records, contact tagging, segmentation, and lead tracking
* Schedule social media content and create branded graphics using Canva
* Post events and promotions in relevant Facebook and ---------- groups
* Update and maintain content libraries and marketing assets
* Support client onboarding processes, including contracts, welcome packs, and intake forms
* Manage calendars, appointments, and event schedules
* Organise digital files and business resources

What We're Looking For

* Proven experience using GoHighLevel (GHL)
* Strong skills in Canva, Google Drive, Zoom, and CRM systems
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and take initiative
* Experience with email marketing and social media scheduling
* Strong written English with UK spelling and grammar
* Reliable, responsive, and committed to delivering high-quality work
* Interest in coaching, wellbeing, spirituality, or personal development is a bonus

Position Details

* Remote position
* 10 hours per week to start
* Flexible schedule
* Some overlap with UK business hours preferred
* Opportunity for additional hours as the business grows
* Immediate start available
