About Us:
We are a VA agency partnering with fast-growing e-commerce brands and online businesses. One of our clients is currently expanding their Whatnot operations and is looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant to support daily business activities.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer service and client communication
Assist with outreach and follow-ups
Support daily Whatnot operations
Upload and manage product listings/styles
Work within Sam’s Club Enterprise Data Suite
Organize and maintain accurate product information
Perform general administrative support tasks
Qualifications:
**Must have Experience or Knowledge with Whatnot & Sam's Club** - NON NEGOTIABLE

Detail-oriented and highly organized
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms
Able to work independently and manage daily tasks efficiently
