JOB OVERVIEW

GOLF APPOINTMENT SETTER & LEAD CONVERSION SPECIALIST

Remote |30 hours | EST Required

We are a premium golf fitness coaching company that helps competitive golfers over 45 regain flexibility, increase distance, and play better golf.

We are NOT looking for a social media manager.

We are looking for someone who understands golf, enjoys talking with golfers, and knows how to move conversations toward booked appointments.

If your background is primarily creating content, graphic design, or posting on social media, this is probably not the right role.

The primary responsibility of this position is communicating with golfers through Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, email, and text conversations.

You will be responsible for:

• Responding to inbound leads
• Starting conversations with golfers who engage with our content
• Following up with prospects consistently
• Booking qualified appointments
• Managing conversations inside GoHighLevel
• Updating lead pipelines and tags
• Re-engaging older leads
• Helping prospects take the next step toward a consultation
• Behind the scenes administrative tasks such as sending emails, creating posts, video edits and tracking marketing data

The ideal candidate:

• Understands the game of golf
• Can comfortably discuss handicaps, distance, flexibility, golf performance, tournaments, club championships, and common golfer frustrations
• Has appointment-setting or sales experience
• Is confident asking questions and guiding conversations
• Is comfortable discussing money and investment when appropriate
• Understands follow-up and persistence
• Has experience using GoHighLevel (preferred)
• Writes professional English with excellent grammar
• Is available during Eastern Time business hours

We are NOT looking for someone who simply answers questions.

We are looking for someone who understands how to build rapport, uncover interest, handle common objections, and help golfers schedule appointments.

Preferred Experience:

• Golf industry experience
• Golf coaching, golf sales, golf retail, golf customer service, or competitive golf background
• GoHighLevel experience
• Google Drive, Canva, Video edits, Social Media content creation and scheduling
