Video Editor (Paid Ad Creatives)

We're looking for a Video Editor to join our fast growing team.

Your mission? Collaborate with our Creative Strategist & Copywriter to produce ad creatives that actually convert and help scale our brands to multiple 7 figures+.

The purpose of this role isn't just editing videos — it's learning how to edit for performance. You'll learn how hooks grab attention, how emotional pacing drives watch time, and how the right angle maximizes ROAS. We'll train you on the marketing side — you bring the hunger.

You're a great fit if you:

- Love editing videos and want to get seriously good at it
- Are curious about what makes ads actually convert
- Take feedback well and move fast on revisions
- Are organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Want to grow into a Creative Strategist role over time (not necessary)

What You'll Do Day-to-Day

- Edit short-form video ads (UGC, product clips, b-roll)
- Assemble ads using provided scripts, briefs, and reference examples
- Add text overlays, captions, cuts, and pacing optimized for ads
- Create variations from the same core footage for testing
- Help document ad structure in simple briefs (hook, message, CTA)
- Make revisions based on internal feedback
- Keep files and exports organized for the team
- Attend weekly learning check-ins

Required:

- Experience with Video Editing ads (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
- Clear written English
- Ability to follow instructions and hit deadlines
- Open & Curious to Feedback and Revisions
- Organised and reliable
