JOB OVERVIEW

We're a fast-moving DTC beauty-tech brand. We ship video ads every week on Meta.

We need a video editor who can take a creative strategist's brief and turn it into scroll-stopping ads — by editing content from our bank of UGC content and also generate AI UGC content with tools.

What you'll do:
– Edit video ads from creative briefs.
– Generate AI video and image content when live footage isn't an option
– Cut UGC, VSLs, and static/motion hybrids
– Iterate fast on winning angles — different hook, same body
– Own your output end-to-end, from brief to uploaded MP4

You're a fit if:
– You've edited direct response ads before (not brand films, not wedding videos — ads that had to sell)
– You think like a marketer, not just an editor — you understand hooks, pacing, pattern interrupts, and why the first 3 seconds matter more than the next 30
– You're coachable. You take feedback without getting defensive and come back with something better
– You move fast. 48-hour turnarounds are normal here

You're not a fit if:
– You need every shot perfect before you'll export
– You've never had an ad tested against hard performance data
– You dont know how to generate realistic AI UGC content
