Hiring: Full-Time Short-Form Video Editor for Podcast Clips

I run a newsletter for founders, 130k+ subscribers, growing fast. We're based in Ireland.

We're building a high-volume clip channel, taking the best ---------- nts from top founder/tech podcasts and turning them into short-form clips for X, Instagram, and TikTok. I need someone who can cut fast and clean, following briefs I provide for every clip.

What the day looks like:
- You receive 30+ clips per day, each with a brief covering what to cut, where to cut, and what text to overlay
- This is volume work, speed and consistency matter
- The process will evolve week to week as we dial things in. You need to be comfortable with that

What I need from you
- Fast, clean editing, no overproduction. Pacing and clarity win
- Experience cutting talking-head / interview / podcast content
- Comfortable with text overlays, captions, and basic motion graphics
- CapCut preferred (we can provide you with Pro), open to other tools if you're genuinely faster
- Can handle volume without quality dropping
- Full-time, reliable, English fluency
- Adaptable, the workflow and format will change regularly as we learn what works
