**About the Role**
We're looking for a resourceful, self-driven Virtual Assistant who can generate real pipeline results through manual prospecting and outreach — while also supporting day-to-day logistics and dispatch operations. Logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide weekly training and bootcamp sessions to get you up to speed. What we can't teach is hunger — we need someone who takes initiative, stays persistent, and knows how to find and convert leads without waiting for them to be handed over.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Lead Generation & Sales Support** *(Primary Focus)*
- Proactively identify and generate leads through manual prospecting — load boards, online databases, directories, and outreach platforms
- Execute
- Maintain and update lead databases with accurate, current information
- Qualify and nurture potential clients to move them through the pipeline
- Stay persistent and creative with outreach — the goal is results, not just activity
**Logistics & Dispatch Management**
- Dispatch drivers based on load requirements and real-time priorities
- Monitor multiple load boards simultaneously to identify and secure available loads
- Track shipments and provide timely updates using designated tracking tools
- Maintain accurate records of loads, routes, and delivery statuses
- Coordinate with drivers, brokers, and clients for smooth daily operations
**Administrative & Executive Support**
- Prepare and submit accurate End-of-Day (EOD) reports
- Manage and update spreadsheets tracking loads, driver activity, and KPIs

**Communication & Coordination**
- Communicate with US-based clients via
- Provide proactive updates and resolve issues before they escalate
**Required Qualifications**
- Hands-on experience with manual prospecting and lead generation *(non-negotiable)*
- Experience executing outreach campaigns independently
- Comfortable building and maintaining lead databases without pre-provided lists
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Highly resourceful, self-motivated, and results-driven
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Familiarity with outreach or lead gen frameworks *(deep expertise not required — willingness to learn and apply is what matters)*
- Experience as a VA or Executive Assistant
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, etc.) — basic exposure is fine
- Prior experience with US-based clients
- Logistics or dispatch background is a bonus, not a requirement
**Training & Support**
- Weekly training sessions and bootcamp provided for logistics knowledge
- Internal SMEs available to support learning and onboarding
- You won't be thrown in without guidance — but you will be expected to show up ready to perform
