Part-Time Construction Estimator / Trade Admin (SimPRO & Bluebeam) – Aussie Tiling Company

We are a fast-growing, premium residential and commercial tiling company based in Geelong, Australia. We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Part-Time Trade Admin & Estimator to help us buy back our time and scale our quoting.

This is a long-term, part-time role (20 hours per week) with the potential to grow to full-time as the business expands. You will work directly with the business owner.
What You Will Do:

Take field data and site measurements from our online website form and input them into SimPRO.

Perform digital plans take-offs (square meters of walls/floors, linear meters of trim) using Bluebeam or Groundplan.

Build out clean quote drafts using our pre-existing SimPRO "Pre-Build kits."

Run our "Anti-Quiet Period" pipeline: follow up on sent quotes and check in with regular builders via email.

Keep SimPRO data clean (managing cost centres and job statuses).

Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

Must have experience working with Australian trade/construction businesses.

Proven experience using SimPRO (or similar job management tools like AroFlo, ServiceM8).

Proven experience with Bluebeam, Groundplan, or PlanSwift.

High-speed internet connection and a reliable backup power solution.

Excellent written and spoken English.

Hours & Pay:

20 hours per week (Flexible schedule, but must have 2 hours of overlap with Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) mornings for hand-offs).

Rate: $12.00 – $15.00 AUD per hour (depending on your exact SimPRO/Bluebeam experience).
