Junior Virtual Assistant (E-commerce)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Virtual Assistant to join our growing e-commerce team. This position is ideal for someone looking to start their career as a Virtual Assistant while gaining hands-on experience in online business operations.
You will work closely with our existing Virtual Assistant and receive training across a variety of e-commerce tasks. We are looking for someone who is organized, reliable, eager to learn, and able to follow instructions carefully.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist with creating and managing product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Etsy, eBay, and Shopify.
* Support customer service activities by responding to basic customer inquiries.
* Assist with simple SEO-related tasks to improve product visibility (full training provided).
* Organize files, spreadsheets, and business documentation.
* Complete assigned administrative and operational tasks under the guidance of the current Virtual Assistant.
* Help maintain accurate records and ensure tasks are completed on time.

## Requirements

### Essential
* Strong written and spoken English skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to follow instructions accurately.
* Good time management and organizational skills.
* Reliable internet connection and access to a computer.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

### Preferred (Not Required)
* Familiarity with Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Drive).
* Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms.
* Interest in or familiarity with science fiction, fantasy, gaming, or pop-culture franchises (e.g., Star Wars, Warhammer, Dungeons & Dragons, Lord of the Rings, Marvel, etc.).
* Previous Virtual Assistant or administrative experience.

No prior experience is required. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates enthusiasm, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
