Welcome, thank you for taking the time to read this.

We are looking for an experienced Digital Advertising Specialist to assist with the setup, management, optimisation, and tracking of online advertising campaigns.

This role is NOT primarily about graphic design or video editing.

We already have people in our team assisting with creative production. What we need is somebody who truly understands paid advertising platforms, campaign performance, audience targeting, optimisation, and improving results over time.


You should have real experience working with the following:


Facebook
& Instagram Ads (Meta Ads Manager)
Google Ads
YouTube Ads
Retargeting campaigns
Conversion tracking
Campaign optimisation
Performance analysis and reporting

What You’ll Be Doing

- Creating and managing advertising campaigns
- Monitoring ad performance and making adjustments
- Improving click-through rates and conversions
- Advising on campaign improvements
- Assisting with targeting and audience strategy
- Helping reduce wasted ad spend
- Setting up and monitoring tracking/conversion systems
- Working with supplied creatives (images/videos/copy)

Ideal Experience

We are particularly interested in candidates who:

Understand performance marketing, not just “boosting posts”
can explain WHY campaigns are or are not performing
understand metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions, frequency, etc.
have experience with lead generation campaigns
are proactive in suggesting improvements
communicate clearly in English
are reliable and detail-oriented

Bonus Experience (Helpful but not Essential)

Experience with webinar promotion
Experience promoting podcasts or educational content
Experience with GoHighLevel
Experience with behavioural science or psychology-related brands
Experience in professional services marketing
