Social Media Specialist

We are an Australian-based company looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media Specialist based in the Philippines to support our growing business. If you love creating engaging content and know how to turn followers into leads, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities (Marketing Support & Lead Generation)
• Manage content for two brands, ensuring consistent messaging and branding (mortgage/finance and CCTV/security)
• Follow the content plan, including creating and scheduling posts across platforms
• Develop engaging content to grow audience interaction (likes, comments, followers)
• Promote products and services through targeted social media content
• Produce short tutorial videos as required (some content provided)
• Set up and manage social media accounts (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
• Convert social media engagement into inquiries and qualified leads
• Create video using AI tools

Mortgage Broker Admin Support
• Data entry and file organisation
• Assist with document collection, follow-ups, and post-submission follow-ups
• Handle email communication with clients, tea ---------- mbers, lenders, and solicitors
• Provide general administrative support throughout the loan application process
• Conduct lender research including product, rates, and policy guidelines
• Assist with reviewing lender policies and comparing loan options

Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience in social media marketing (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
• Video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, or similar tools)
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in learning
• Willingness to learn mortgage processes, lender systems, and policies
• Reliable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps) with backup

Advantage (not required):
• Can speak Vietnamese
• Experience working with Australian businesses
• Background in mortgage or finance administration

Working Arrangements:
• Remote (Philippines-based)
• Company laptop provided
• Long-term contract
• Full-time: Monday to Friday
o 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Brisbane time)
o 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (PH time)

Compensation and Leave entitlement:
Salary: 35,000 Php per month
• 12 days leave
• 5 days public holidays
• Total: 17 days per yr
