We built an Apple Watch app specifically for pickleball players to track their games, stats, and progress. Pickleball is one of the fastest-growing sports in the US — and we're building the go-to tool for players who take their game seriously.

JOB OVERVIEW
Main Responsibilities and Skills Needed:
-TikTok, Instagram, and Reddit content posting and community engagement
-Engagement farming — creating and distributing content designed to drive likes, comments, shares, and saves
-Organic community outreach and messaging across social platforms
-Supporting AI-based marketing automations (tools and training provided)
-Staying current on pickleball trends, viral content, and platform algorithm changes
-Tech savvy — comfortable learning new tools quickly
-Solid written English — natural, conversational, native-sounding

Here are specific examples of what you'll be handling week to week:
-Post and manage content on TikTok, Instagram, and Reddit accounts
-Engage with the pickleball community — comment on posts, respond to DMs, join conversations
-Conduct direct outreach via DM to pickleball content creators and active players
-Monitor and participate in Reddit pickleball communities (r/pickleball, etc.)
-Flag trending content and ---------- nts in the pickleball world to capitalize on
-Support and maintain AI automation workflows
-Report weekly on what's working, what's not, and what to try next

Young and Social Media Native
You grew up on TikTok and Instagram. You understand how content moves, what makes people stop scrolling, and how communities actually talk to each other. You don't need to be told what's trending — you already know.

AI-Fluent, Not AI-Dependent
You know how to use AI tools to work faster and smarter — whether that's for research, scheduling, automation, or ideation. But you also know the difference between content that feels human and content that screams "AI wrote this." We have zero tolerance for AI slop. If you use AI, it's a tool, not a ghostwriter.

Gets Stuff Done
You take charge and make things happen. You don't make excuses. You have an internal drive to grow something and you'll do whatever it takes.

Self Starter
You're self-motivated and happy working independently. You don't sit around waiting to be told what to do next.

COMPANY CULTURE
We're direct and transparent. We work hard, move fast, and have fun doing it. You'll work closely with the founder — communication is open and feedback is immediate. If something isn't working, we talk about it and fix it.

PAY
200–250 PHP per hour, based on ability and experience. Part-time (~10 hours/week) to start, with a direct path to full-time based on results. If you believe you have more to offer, tell us what you'd like and why.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
-Honest and reliable
-Strong written English — natural, conversational tone
-Actively uses TikTok, Instagram, and Reddit personally (not just professionally)
-Comfortable with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, automation platforms, etc.) — but creates original, human-feeling content
-Own computer with reliable internet connection
-Comfortable with video calls during late US Pacific Time hours

Working Hours
Part-time (~10 hours/week). Preferred overlap with late US Pacific Time (evenings PST / mornings PHT).
