Role Summary
Working Closely with the CEO and Sales Manager, this Architectural Support / Design Co-Ordinator will work closely with our Australian team to assist with Workflow Management, including drafting, documentation, estimating, and project support tasks. The ideal candidate has strong experience using Archicad software and understands residential construction workflows with Australia.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and modify architectural drawings using Archicad
• Assist with residential drafting and documentation
• Oversee work flow by managing external Consultants and design timelines.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and estimating support
• Coordinate with the Australian team regarding revisions and project updates
• Review plans, specifications, and project requirements
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation
• As this is a new role, you will create SOP’s, and systems and workflows for the role.
• Support project coordination and administrative tasks as required
Requirements
• Proven experience using Archicad software
• Background in Architecture, Drafting, Estimating, or Construction
• Experience working with Australian residential projects is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and documentation
• Confident to use your initiative when managing others expectations.
• Strong understanding of different disciplines and consultants works. (Engineers, Interior Designer, Architect, etc)
• BOQ and estimating experience is an advantage
• Excellent English communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• High attention to detail, professional standards, use of your initiative.
• Stable internet connection and reliable work-from-home setup

Preferred Qualifications
• Architectural or construction-related degree/diploma
• 2–5+ years relevant experience
• Experience collaborating with offshore or international teams
• Familiarity with Australian building standards, construction and processes
