Ecommerce Sales Representative — Base + Commission DTC Luxury Art Brands — AU + US

HIGH-INCOME SALES OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking an ambitious, highly motivated Ecommerce Sales Representative to join our growing luxury art and consumer products business.

We sell across two brands and two markets:

• ---------- — established Australian art brand, ~7 years live. Original paintings and prints.
• mofisto.co — new US-based DTC original art brand. Made-to-order canvas paintings.

This is a sales-focused role designed for individuals who are confident in their ability to generate revenue, build relationships, and close sales. We are looking for someone who is commercially driven, enjoys speaking with customers, and is motivated by performance-based rewards.

This role offers a base salary plus generous uncapped commission. The majority of your earning potential comes from commissions and performance incentives.

COMPENSATION

BASE SALARY

• $3 to $4 USD per hour, depending on experience
• 40 hours per week
• Monthly base: $520 to $693 USD


COMMISSION ON TOP

• 5% on Small and Large original paintings
• 7% on Statement and Stretched pieces (high-margin tier)
• +2% bonus on all sales above $3,000 USD/month
(so 7% / 9% above the threshold)


PER-SALE COMMISSION EXAMPLES

• $399 Small at 5% = $20 USD
• $499 Large at 5% = $25 USD
• $899 Statement at 7% = $63 USD
• $998 Large Stretched at 7% = $70 USD
• $1,598 XL Stretched at 7% = $112 USD


TOTAL MONTHLY EARNING EXAMPLES

• Base only: $600
• Base + 5 Small + 3 Statement: $889
• Base + 10 Statement: $1,230
• Base + 5 Statement + 5 Stretched: $1,265
• Base + bonus tier month (10 Statement + 5 Stretched): $1,800+

No ceiling on commissions. The harder you work, the more you earn.

HOW SALES ATTRIBUTE TO YOU

You get TWO ways to track every sale you generate:

1. Unique referral link per brand
Customer clicks your link, a 30-day cookie drops.
Any sale they make within 30 days is yours, code or no code.

2. Unique coupon code per brand
Customer enters your code at checkout = direct attribution.

Use either, both, or whichever fits your conversation.
You see your sales and earnings live in your rep dashboard.


PAYMENT TERMS

• Base salary paid monthly (standard payroll)
• Commission paid monthly on the 15th of the following month
• 30-day hold on commissions to cover our 14-day refund window
• Commission on refunded sales is voided
• Paid in USD via PayPal or Wise

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

SALES & REVENUE GENERATION

• Convert leads and enquiries into sales across both brands
• Follow up customer enquiries, quotes, and opportunities
• Re-engage previous customers and inactive buyers
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Generate new business opportunities
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities
• Develop repeat business and referral opportunities


OUTBOUND SALES & PROSPECTING

You will be provided with customer databases, prospect lists, previous customer records, and marketing-generated leads.

You will be expected to proactively generate sales through:

• Cold calling
• Lead follow-up
• Sales emails
• SMS and text messaging
• Instagram direct messaging
• Facebook Messenger
• WhatsApp
• LinkedIn outreach
• CRM sales campaigns
• Comment-to-DM conversion on social posts
• Referral generation

Candidates must be comfortable initiating conversations and consistently following up opportunities through multiple channels.

HOURS AND SCHEDULE

40 hours per week.

Hours are flexible across US and Australian time zones. We expect you to be active during peak sales windows, which are heaviest on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday across both markets.

• Proven ability to generate revenue and achieve targets
