Marketing Social Media & Canva Content Creator

Bogmats Australia is looking for a reliable and creative Virtual Assistant to help manage our social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.

Starting Immediately - Working around 1 - 2 Days a week.

We supply high-end crane bog mats, steel bog mats, road plates, and engineered ground support products to the construction and crane industry in Australia. We are looking for someone who can help make our brand look professional, consistent, and strong online.

Main Responsibilities

Prepare social media posts for:

LinkedIn
Instagram

Facebook

Create and edit graphics using Canva.

Edit photos to suit our brand style, including:

Adding logos
Improving layout
Creating clean marketing visuals
Preparing product and project photos for posting

Write clear and professional captions in English.

Prepare draft posts for our team to review before posting.

Maintain a consistent brand look across all social media platforms.

Help organise photos, project images, and marketing materials.

Suggest content ideas based on our products, projects, and industry.

Required Skills

Strong experience using Canva.

Good eye for design, layout, and photo presentation.

Fluent written English.

Experience with LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook content.

Ability to create professional-looking business posts, not just casual social media content.

Good attention to detail.

Reliable, responsive, and able to follow instructions.

Some understanding of construction, cranes, heavy equipment, or industrial products would be a bonus, but not required.

Someone who can prepare content for review without needing constant supervision.
