Lead Generation, Telemarketing, Sales prospecting

I am looking for a hard-working, loyal, dedicated person that has the ability to adapt to the diverse nature of this particular job, to work for Creatif as part of our growing sales team.

The purpose of the role is to fulfill a lead generation role.

It will involve contacting old customers, new prospects that we want to turn into customers and also some existing customers to make them aware of more of our product range. Methods of contacting and working with prospects and customers will be by email and phone. It will require following-up, building relationships with, promoting Creatif brand and products and ensuring prospects are warmed up and have the desire to use Creatif products and services. You will need to generate enquiries for Creatif's products by regular contact, maintaining relationships and building rapport with the contacts, at which point our internal sales team will take over the enquiry.

Your role is to then keep in contact with them to ensure they contact us when they next have a need.

We also get lots of visitors to the website that download information and do certain things - we would like them all followed up with a view to turning them into customers. The follow-up will need to be by phone and email.

Another aspect to this role is to phone and email all contacts that have had a Creatif product installed onto their project. Your job will be to ask a scripted set of key questions to obtain a score on the Creatif service, product and performance. You will report that back to us and it will be used to drive improved performance by our team.

The role is part-time - maybe 2 or 3 days a week - with the potential to develop into full-time as we grow and as you can become more successful at the role.

I will pay 30USD per day with a generous commission to be agreed based on the amount of orders we receive as a result of your direct efforts.

Candidates applying must be proficient in English speaking and writing, use of the internet with suitable internet speed, must be able to type fast and use Microsoft Office programmes. Also, must be able to learn our product range and all benefits very fast.
