I'm looking for a full-time video editor to work with me long term on a very large YouTube channel in the niche of stoicism, philosophy, self-improvement, psychology, and health.This is NOT a short-term position. I'm looking for someone who wants to grow with the project for months or even years.

I NEED SOMEONE WHO IS:

-Extremely responsible

-Able to follow instructions perfectly
-Interested in self-improvement, stoicism, psychology, and philosophy
-Someone who understands the psychology behind viral retention and emotional storytelling
-NO AI images / Videos. NO AI.

Understanding this niche is VERY important because the editing style depends heavily on emotion, pacing, psychology, atmosphere, and storytelling.

MANDATORY TOOLS & SOFTWARE:You MUST already own and have full access to:
-CapCut Pro (paid version) — OBLIGATORY. Free version applications will NOT be considered.
-Stable high-speed internet for daily uploads to Google Drive

I will NOT cover software costs, subscriptions, or equipment. If you do not already have these tools, please do not apply.

HOW THE JOB WORKS:

I will create the scripts and send you the voiceovers.Your job will be to:
-Edit the entire video from start to finish
-Find video clips, images, and visuals
-NO AI images / Videos. NO AI.
-Follow the exact format and style of the reference videos
-Deliver one full video every day

The videos are usually:
-30 to 45 minutes long
-In English

PAYMENT & VOLUME:
- Rate: $10 USD per finished video
- Starting volume: 15 videos per month
- Scaling goal: 20-30 videos per month as we grow

This is a stable, recurring monthly income with clear room to scale. As the channel grows and your performance proves consistent, the volume (and therefore your income) will increase. Editors who deliver high-quality work on time will be prioritized for the additional volume.

Payment method: Monthly via Wise, always on time.

This is a FULL-TIME position.I will send multiple reference videos and the videos MUST follow the format exactly.If you cannot follow the style correctly, this position is not for you.

You MUST edit 1 minute of the video and send it to me through Google Drive.

I will NOT answer any application unless you send the edited sample first.
