Design and build campaign websites / landing pages for property launches
Produce supporting collateral — digital ads, social creative, signage, EDMs
Work to supplied brand style guides and take revisions cleanly to deadline

Must-have skills

Adobe InDesign (booklets) and Illustrator (floorplans, branding) — non-negotiable
Brand identity design — logo and style-guide development from scratch
Web design — landing pages / campaign sites (see "web build" note below)
Strong typesetting and layout eye
Experience with real estate / property / architectural material
Good written English for briefing back and forth

Nice to have

Canva proficiency (some of our work runs through Canva)
Experience reading architectural drawings
