Community Manager + Operations VA (Events & Trading)

Manage and engage members inside our trading signal group (remind members to upload funds, follow signals, answer basic questions)
- Keep our social media pages active — respond to comments, DMs, post scheduled content
- Follow up with ambassadors who fill out our intake form — make sure they're onboarded, active, and hitting their tiers
- Keep group chats organized and members feeling connected to the community
- Light personal assistant work — scheduling, reminders, follow-ups
- Track ambassador performance in Google Sheets

You're a Great Fit If You:
- Have experience managing Facebook Groups, Telegram, or ---------- communities
- Are extremely organized and follow up without being reminded
- Communicate clearly in English (written)
- Are available during U.S. Eastern hours (or willing to overlap 4-6 hours)
- Have experience with Google Sheets, Mailchimp, or similar tools
