Virtual Assistant – Real Estate SMS Manager & Lead Responder

Skybound Wealth Group is a fast-growing real estate company looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage all SMS-based lead communication. You'll be the first point of contact for inbound leads via text, keeping conversations alive, qualifying prospects, and booking appointments — all while keeping our CRM spotless and up to date.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- SMS Management: Monitor, respond to, and manage all inbound conversations with leads in a timely and professional manner
- Lead Qualification: Engage leads via SMS to assess motivation, timeline, and property details
- Lead Management: Organize, tag, and follow up on leads at every stage of the pipeline — no lead goes cold on your watch
- CRM Integration: Log all conversations, update lead statuses, and set follow-up tasks in real time (Podio, or similar)
- Appointment Setting: Convert qualified leads into booked consultations and signed contracts
- Pipeline Reporting: Provide daily updates on response rates, lead status changes, and appointments set

REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience managing SMS-based lead communication, preferably in real estate, property management, or a sales environment
- Excellent written English — fast, clear, and professional with a conversational tone
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms ( Podio, Go High Level, or similar)
- Familiarity with SMS platforms such as Smarter Contact, or similar
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail — able to manage multiple active conversations simultaneously
- Self-starter who can work independently and meet response time targets
- Reliable remote setup: high-speed internet, quiet workspace
