Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Asset Research & Valuation Assistant to support a New Zealand-based plant, machinery, vehicle, and infrastructure valuation business.

Raw data will be provided, the role involves verifying, and organising asset information from various sources, undertaking internet-based market research, and populating standardised valuation spreadsheets. The successful applicant will not be responsible for determining final valuation conclusions but will provide the research and supporting evidence used by qualified valuers.

This is a remote position suitable for candidates based in the Philippines, India, Malaysia, or similar locations.
