JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a marketing leader who can build the engine that makes that happen at scale.


THE ROLE

This is not a "post on Instagram" job. You will own the entire marketing function for our team. You'll set the strategy, build the systems, generate leads, manage our content team, and tie every dollar we spend to a measurable result. You'll be the person who makes sure our brand looks elite, our pipeline stays full, and our database never goes cold.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Strategy & Brand
- Build and execute the team's overall marketing strategy and annual plan.
- Own our brand — voice, look, and consistency across every channel and touchpoint.
- Position the Graham Group as the trusted, go-to authority in our market.

Lead Generation
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube).
- Drive a consistent flow of buyer and seller leads and track cost-per-lead and ROI.
- Develop landing pages, lead magnets, and conversion funnels.

Nurture & Trust Systems (core to who we are)
- Build automated and personal follow-up systems in our CRM that nurture leads from first contact to closing — and beyond.
- Create the "stay-in-touch" and post-close campaigns that turn past clients into repeat and referral business.
- Make every consumer feel like they're working with a true professional at every stage.

Content & Social
- Own the content calendar across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and email.
- Manage and direct the marketing editor and contractors to produce video, graphics, and listing content on schedule.
- Lead our YouTube and SEO strategy so we get found organically.

Listings & Agent Attraction
- Build a repeatable listing marketing system so every property gets a professional rollout.
- Support agent recruiting and attraction marketing for our growing team.

Analytics
- Track and report on every channel — leads, conversion, engagement, spend, and ROI.
- Use the data to double down on what works and cut what doesn't.


WHAT YOU BRING

- 3+ years of marketing experience with a track record of generating leads and measurable results (real estate or related industry strongly preferred).
- Both strategic thinking and hands-on execution — you can build the plan and do the work.
- Hands-on experience running paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads).
- Experience with a CRM and building email/automation nurture campaigns (Follow Up Boss, kvCore, or similar a plus).
- Strong grasp of social media, content, and SEO.
- Comfort reading data and reporting on ROI.
- Excellent written communication and a sharp eye for brand and design.
- Self-starter who thrives with systems and ownership.


NICE TO HAVE

- Direct real estate marketing experience.
- Experience managing a small team or contractors.
- Video, design, or copywriting skills.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and AI tools.
