AI Video Editor (Facebook & Instagram Ads)

Compensation: Up to $2,800/month (Base + Performance Bonuses)

We're looking for an AI video editor who understands direct response advertising and can create high-performing Facebook and Instagram ad creatives.

You should be familiar with most of the following tools:

HeyGen
ElevenLabs
Claude AI
Google Veo 3
Kling 3.0
Higgsfield
Seedance

We're not looking for fancy edits.

We're looking for someone who understands:

Hooks that stop the scroll
Retention
Direct response advertising
What actually converts

Speed is important, but quality and performance matter most.

Bonus Skills

Experience creating Native Ads is a big plus.

This includes image ads with strong storytelling in the primary text that are designed to blend naturally into the Facebook feed.
