About the Role

We are hiring full-time Social Media Marketing VA to manage and grow client social media accounts across Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.

This is a hands-on execution role, not a content-only or automation-based position.

All growth is done manually, using real engagement, strategic targeting, and platform-safe best practices.
No bots. No automation tools. No shortcuts.

Each analyst manages approximately 10 client accounts and is responsible for executing daily growth activities, tracking performance, and maintaining full visibility through documentation and reporting.

If you are detail-oriented, disciplined, and enjoy structured social media growth work, this role is a strong long-term fit.

No bots, automation tools, or third-party growth apps
All actions are manual and follow strict internal SOPs
Daily documentation, screenshots, and reporting are mandatory
This is a full-time role only (not freelance or part-time)

What You’ll Do

As a Social Media Marketing VA, you will:

Execute manual organic growth across assigned platforms
Follows / unfollows
Likes and comments
Story interactions, profile visits, community engagement
Follow client-approved growth strategies and daily limits
Manage and update daily tracking spreadsheets
Monitor account health, activity, and potential restrictions
Submit weekly summaries and performance updates
Collaborate with Account Manager and Content teams when needed

Job Requirements

To be considered, you must:

Be available full-time only (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST)
Have reliable high-speed internet
Be comfortable with daily Slack communication and Zoo ---------- etings
Have a verified identity
Own both a computer and a mobile phone (required for account access)
Be willing to follow strict SOPs and documentation rules
Commit to long-term employment (not temporary work)

Skills We’re Looking For

Strong written and spoken English
Familiarity with Instagram, X/Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Ability to follow instructions precisely
Comfortable with repetitive but strategic execution
Prior social media or growth experience is a plus.
Professional, reliable, and accountable
