This pays 2–3x what every comparable TikTok Shop role on OnlineJobs.ph offers. Keep reading to see why we can pay this and what we expect in return.
Essentially: you are building an entire TikTok Shop affiliate company from the ground up, with full financial backing and US LLC infrastructure provided by us. You bring the operational skill. We bring the capital, legal structure, and US-side resources.
About this role:
This is not a typical VA role. This is a lead operator role for someone who wants to build a real TikTok Shop affiliate business and earn like a senior tea
We're a US-based holding company launching a TikTok Shop affiliate operation. We provide the infrastructure — US LLC, EIN, US bank account, US-resident device/IP setup, US shipping addresses, working capital, and TikTok Shop seller verification. You build and run the operation. Product research, account warming, scripts, content production, posting, optimization, scaling. When the time is right, you propose new hires and we approve, fund, and onboard them under our LLC — and you earn a cut of what they produce.
You're the operator on the ground. The owner is hands-on with strategy, sets all base pay, approves all hires and fires, and owns final say on direction. You drive execution day-to-day with real autonomy inside that framework.
If you've ever run a successful TikTok Shop account and thought "I should be doing this with a real company behind me instead of $2/hr for an agency" — this is that opportunity, with the US LLC infrastructure already solved.
What success looks like
Month 1: Two TikTok Shop accounts warmed and posting 5+ videos/day each, with first commission revenue landed
Month 3: Three accounts running, 10+ videos/day total, $3,000+/month in net profit, your share clearing $750/month on top of base
Month 6: Established daily playbook, $15,000+/month in net profit, your share at $3,750/month on top of base (total ~$5,750/month)
Month 12: Scaled operation with 1–2 helpers you've trained, $25,000+/month net profit possible, your share clearing $6,000+/month plus base plus year-end bonus
Day-to-day responsibilities
You own day-to-day execution. That includes:
Product research — daily Kalodata / Shoplus / FastMoss workflow, your own filter stack, daily shortlist of 10 candidates, scoring top-performing videos for replicability
Sample sourcing — submit free sample requests and refundable sample purchases via TikTok Shop Creator Center to our US shipping addresses
Content production — generate 5 script variants per winning product, brief US-based on-camera recorders with structured shot lists, edit raw clips in CapCut
UGC creator hiring — you can brief and hire US-based on-camera talent through
Account operations — stagger-post 5–15 videos/day across 2–3 TikTok accounts (each on its own isolated device/IP), tag every video's affiliate product from Showcase before publishing, manage comment moderation and account hygiene
Pre-followed account acquisition — purchasing TikTok Shop-eligible accounts (5,000+ followers) is a legitimate part of the playbook. You'll source candidate accounts and submit them for our approval before purchase.
Drop-off & hook analytics — pull swipe-away / retention curves from TikTok analytics on every video, identify exactly where viewers leave, and use that data to rebuild hooks that hold attention past the first 3 seconds
Performance management — track 24-hour and 72-hour performance per video in shared Google Sheets, flag winners and losers per decision rules you build (with our sign-off)
Team training (when we hire) — when we approve a new hire, you train them, oversee their daily output, and earn a percentage of their net production on top of your base and your own profit share
Must-haves
1+ year hands-on TikTok Shop affiliate experience (you've personally operated accounts, not just managed someone else's)
Working knowledge of Kalodata, Shoplus, or FastMoss — you can name the filter stack you'd use to find a trending product without us prompting
Hook analytics fluency — you regularly look at where viewers swipe away from your videos and use that data to rebuild hooks. You can explain a specific time you fixed a low-retention video by studying the drop-off curve.
Exceptional written English (your scripts go to US viewers; your briefs go to US recorders)
Proven ability to ship volume — 5+ videos/day, every workday, without quality drop
Data-driven mindset — you read GMV growth, commission rate, and affiliate count signals fast and act on them
2+ years remote work experience with verifiable OnlineJobs.ph or Upwork references
Proficient in Slack, ClickUp or Notion, Google Sheets, CapCut, ChatGPT
4+ hour overlap with US Mountain Time
Reliable computer, fast internet, backup power
Comfortable with daily WhatsApp check-ins (morning plan + end-of-day recap) and a weekly direction call
Operator mindset — you treat this like real work that compounds, not a 9-to-5
Nice-to-haves
Prior experience under a US-LLC-backed structure operating US-market TikTok Shop accounts
Experience editing UGC-style product review videos
Experience hiring and briefing UGC creators (HourlyUGC, Upwork, Billo, etc.)
Experience buying and warming pre-followed TikTok accounts safely
Hands-on with Claude Code for scripting and automation tasks
Familiarity with US residential proxy / remote-desktop tooling (AnyDesk, RustDesk, BrightData)
Experience running multiple isolated social accounts without crossing fingerprints
Prior experience training and overseeing junior tea
Resources we provide
US LLC, EIN, US bank account, US shipping addresses, TikTok Shop seller verification
Working capital for samples, account purchases, and initial creator briefs
Tools budget: Kalodata, Shoplus or FastMoss, ChatGPT Plus, Claude Code, CapCut Pro, any other tool you make a case for
US-based UGC talent budget via HourlyUGC and similar platforms
Daily strategy access to the owner via WhatsApp, weekly direction call
Compensation
Base salary: $2,000/month ($11.55/hr × 40 hrs/week), paid weekly via Wise — your guaranteed floor
Personal profit share: 25% of monthly Net Profit you personally generate, paid monthly, uncapped, for as long as you are with the company
Net Profit definition: Gross affiliate commission revenue minus all operating costs, including your $2,000/month base salary, contractor pay (UGC creators, helpers), software subscriptions (Kalodata, CapCut, ChatGPT, Claude Code, etc.), sample purchases, account purchases, banking fees, and US LLC overhead. Your base is paid by the company as a normal expense — it does NOT come out of your 25% share.
Worked example (a $5,000 Net Profit month):
Gross affiliate commission revenue: $8,500
Less your base salary: ?$2,000
Less samples & account purchases: ?$500
Less software (Kalodata, CapCut, ChatGPT, Claude Code): ?$300
Less UGC creator contractor pay: ?$500
Less banking and LLC overhead: ?$200
= Net Profit: $5,000
Your 25% share: $1,250
Your total monthly comp: $2,000 base + $1,250 share = $3,250
Comp at higher Net Profit tiers (base always paid separately on top):
At $5,000/month Net Profit: $2,000 base + $1,250 share = $3,250/month total
At $15,000/month Net Profit: $2,000 base + $3,750 share = $5,750/month total
At $30,000/month Net Profit: $2,000 base + $7,500 share = $9,500/month total
Team override (when we hire helpers under you): When the company hires a helper under your direction, the helper's net production is split three ways:
Helper: 25% of their own net production (same share structure as yours)
You (operator override): 15% of the helper's net production, paid monthly alongside your personal profit share
Company: the remaining 60%
The 15% override equals 20% of the company's 75% cut — a meaningful piece of every helper you train and retain. The better you train them and the longer they stay productive, the larger your monthly override grows. Worked example: if a helper generates $5,000/month in net production, helper earns $1,250, you earn an additional $750 override on top of your own profit share, company keeps $3,000.
Year-end bonus: At fiscal year-end (December 31), you receive a bonus equal to 10% of the personal net profit you generated for the company during that fiscal year, paid by January 31.
Example: if your personal accounts generated $120,000 in net profit across the calendar year, your year-end bonus = $12,000, on top of all monthly profit shares already paid
This is designed to reward staying through the full year — someone who's accrued meaningful YTD profit has a real reason to finish the year strong rather than walk in November
Bonus applies only if you're with the company on December 31 of that year
Performance floor: After the first 3 months (during which we are getting the process / pipeline up and running):
Your personal monthly net profit generation must clear your monthly base pay ($2,000). If you fall below base for 3 consecutive months OR any 4 months within a rolling 6-month window, the role is terminated unless we judge that exceptional extenuating circumstances apply (which we will weigh case by case).
Why this beats every comparable listing:
Typical TikTok Shop VA on OnlineJobs.ph: $800–1,500/month flat, no profit share, no bonus
Senior pod operator with commission: $1,500–2,000/month + 5% personal sales (~$1,750/month at our target revenue)
Most "profit share" listings: $2,000 base + 10?ove a high margin threshold (~$2,250/month at our target revenue)
This role at $15K/month personal net profit: $5,750/month + 15% override on any helpers you train (~$750/mo per $5K-producing helper) + year-end bonus accruing toward $12K+ — total annualized comp ceiling far above any flat-rate or pod role on this platform
Transparency: Net Profit is calculated from a Google Sheet you'll have read access to, updated daily. Every line item is visible. No black box.
How we work together
Daily WhatsApp check-ins. Each morning you send a short message with your plan for the day. Each evening you send a recap of what you completed. Takes 5 minutes total. This is non-negotiable.
Weekly direction call. One scheduled call per week (30–45 min) to discuss overall progress, priorities, and any decisions that need our sign-off.
Final decisions rest with us — all hiring, firing, base pay, account purchases, and revenue policy decisions default to the owner. You propose, recommend, build the case. We approve.
You have real autonomy inside that framework on day-to-day execution: content choices, hook iterations, posting cadence, niche pivots, product picks, contractor briefs.
Long-term mindset — the owner's other business has retained OnlineJobs.ph hires for 2+ years. We invest in operators who invest in us.
How to apply
Follow all application instructions below carefully.
In your application message, answer every question below, numbered, in order:
List every TikTok Shop affiliate account you've personally operated. Include handle and approximate monthly revenue at peak.
What product research tool do you use? Walk us through your exact filter stack — the specific filters, in order, that you'd apply right now to find a trending product worth promoting this week.
Describe one specific time you looked at a TikTok video's swipe-away curve, identified where viewers were dropping off, and rebuilt the hook to fix it. What did the original hook say, what did the data show, and what did you change it to?
Pick one TikTok Shop product you'd promote this week. Tell us (a) the product, (b) why you'd promote it (data-backed), and (c) the exact 3-second hook you'd open with.
Describe one independent operational decision you've made on a TikTok Shop account — what was the call, what was the data behind it, what was the outcome?
What's your current US Mountain Time overlap availability?
What tools are you currently paying for out of your own pocket?
Do you currently operate any personal TikTok Shop accounts? (Yes/No — full disclosure required if yes)
At the very end of your application, in the final line, type the word "Kalodata" so we know you read this entire post.
For applicants who do follow these instructions, we'll shortlist the strongest candidates for a paid 2-hour trial task ($16 paid via Wise), and then interview finalists directly with the owner.
We're hiring one person and we'd rather wait three weeks for the right one than three days for the wrong one.
If you've ever wanted to run a US-market TikTok Shop business with the LLC, banking, and infrastructure handled — this is your shot.
