Hiring: Part-Time Virtual Assistant (Credit Processing / Dispute Specialist) ????

Looking for reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistants to assist with client processing and account dispute workflows for a fast-growing business.

This is a part-time, production-based role for someone who is organized, efficient, trustworthy, and able to follow systems and processes exactly.

Responsibilities:
• Follow a structured dispute/client-processing process step by step
• Log in to client portals and process assigned accounts accurately
• Review account details and submit disputes according to company procedures
• Maintain organization and accurate client notes
• Meet daily productivity expectations and deadlines
• Communicate updates and report issues when needed

Position Details:
• Part-time role
• Pay-per-client compensation structure
• Expected productivity: approximately 5 clients processed per day
• Training and SOP/process guidelines provided
• Confidentiality agreement and contractor agreement required

Requirements:
• Strong attention to detail (accuracy is extremely important)
• Organized and able to follow instructions exactly
• Comfortable working independently and meeting quotas/deadlines
• Strong communication and professionalism
• Reliable internet/computer access
• Experience as a VA, admin assistant, processing specialist, or similar role is a plus
