About the role
This is a performance-based sales role with a guaranteed minimum monthly fee of €200. On top of that, you earn commission on successful sales, meaning the more you sell, the more you earn. Your potential is unlimited, but you are always guaranteed the minimum.
We have templates and a structured flow. Your job is to read each situation, personalize within that structure, and make the right move at each step. Some artists are ready to move forward. Some have doubts. Some push back. You need to know how to handle each one without losing control of the conversation.
The ideal candidate is confident, empathetic, and detail-oriented, able to think two or three moves ahead in every interaction. You must balance authority with relationship-building, demonstrate value without desperation, and guide prospects toward decisions that align with both their goals and our high-value approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the DaimoonMedia inbox daily, handling all incoming artist inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Respond to cold outreach
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs, answer questions, and guide them toward purchasing our services.
- Conduct proactive follow-ups with artists who have not responded or shown clear interest.
- Collaborate closely with the support team to ensure smooth handoff and proper execution of campaigns.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all DaimoonMedia services, offers, and packages to provide accurate and persuasive information.

Qualifications:- Excellent written communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt tone to different personalities and situations.
- Being very capable to understand the prospect and to create understanding when things are unclear.
- Strong social and interpersonal skills to understand prospects’ needs, emotions, and signals through
- Highly organized, capable of managing a busy inbox with multiple prospects and tracking their stage in the sales process.
- Ability to balance adaptability with authority, guiding prospects confidently while keeping them comfortable and engaged.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to respond accurately and effectively to artist inquiries.
- Self-motivated and proactive in following up with prospects to maintain engagement and move conversations forward.
