Virtual Assistant

We're hiring a part-time Virtual Assistant to help produce long-form YouTube content. This is an ongoing role, 4 hours per day.
What you'll do:

Edit long-form YouTube videos from raw footage
Cut filler, tighten pacing, and keep viewers watching
Add B-roll, captions, music, sound effects, and basic motion graphics
Sync edits to script or talking points
Deliver clean drafts and handle revision rounds

Requirements

Proficient in CapCut or Premiere Pro
Strong sense of pacing and retention for long-form content
Reliable, communicative, and able to meet deadlines
Portfolio or sample edits required

Details

Pay: $250/month
Hours: 4 hours/day, part-time
