We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Business Development Representative to help us grow our client base and generate new business opportunities.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone hungry to grow professionally and financially with an expanding international company.

What You Will Be Doing

Sales & Business Development

* Generate and qualify B2B leads
* Identify business opportunities across industries
* Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, calls, and messaging
* Book meetings with decision-makers
* Build strong relationships with potential clients
* Follow up consistently with prospects

Client Relationship Management

* Understand customer sourcing and supply needs
* Assist in preparing quotations and proposals
* Coordinate with internal departments to support sales
* Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline tracking

Market Research & Prospecting

* Research target industries and businesses
* Identify procurement and supply opportunities
* Build prospect databases and sales pipelines

Reporting & Accountability

* Maintain daily reporting and KPI tracking
* Provide End-of-Day (EOD) updates
* Follow company sales systems and processes

We Are Looking For Someone Who Is:

Highly motivated and target-driven
Confident communicator in English
Strong in relationship-building
Organised and accountable
Comfortable with follow-ups and objections
Able to work independently and take initiative

Bonus Points If You Have:

B2B sales experience
Business development experience
Lead generation or appointment setting experience
CRM experience (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, ---------- , etc.)
Procurement, logistics, sourcing, wholesale, or supply-chain experience
